My Top Self Motivation this Crisis

Our life has been affected with the coronavirus crisis as we practice social distancing and the quarantine. We changes our lifestyle and even our thoughts too.

Some possess positive actions but others invite negativity, as of this moment I post my top motivation for you not to overthink and to stay calm because our mental health is important too. Heres some:
